Our products are made from natural hides, pelts, suede and velvet, therefore they may not keep the same color and structure on the entire surface. By using the best hides we can provide You with high quality, elegance and comfort. In order to be able to enjoy for a long time the quality of your item, You should adequately and systematically care for it.
If the quality of our products does not fulfill your expectations, please, let us know about it on site with the defected product. Please be assured that in the case of non-compliance of the acquired product with the regulations, we will make everything possible to not lose Your trust.
Terms of complaint
Complaints of non-compliance shall be governed solely by the faultsof the manufacturer for technical or material not found in the time of purchase. The goods should be clean, dry and not worn out. The claim may be submitted at any Kazar store and within 24 months at the date of purchase of the product, on presentation of the receipt or on the basis of special statements by the client.
Complaints will not be accepted with:
  • goods with visible defects at the time of purchase
  • damage resulting from ill-fitting shoes to the feet
  • comfort of the shoes
  • damage resulting from natural wear or because of misuse of the product
  • mechanical damage
  • holes and rubbing seams
  • damage resulting from improper maintenance of the product
  • dirt and stains
  • shallow slots between the sole and the upper part of the shoe
  • coloration of clothing, hose, socks, pants, etc. by footwear with leather lining or without lining or because of the coloured leather insole.
  • folds on the surface of covered skin
Complaints are dealt with in accordance with the Act of the 27th of July 2002 on special conditions for consumer sales and on the change of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141 of the 5th of September 2002, item. 1176). In the case where the removal of non-compliance is not possible, the experts will decide if to exchange the product for a new or to reimburse the cost of the purchased product
